Application Deadline is April 14, 2026. Application does not guarantee a vendor spot at the event.
Vendors will be responsible for providing their own POS system. POS needs will be advanced and evaluated pre-festival. .
Craft vendors will be required to bring their own tent and signage.
ABSOLUTELY NO BOOTH SHARING WILL BE ALLOWED. Vendors are only permitted to vend, sell, and promote out of allotted vendor space provided. If a vendor is found to be sharing booth space with another vendor, the additional vendor(s) will be charged the full booth fee + could be subject to additional charges and risk both parties' expulsion from the festival.
ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE OPEN DURING THE TIMES LISTED BELOW. Due to the music schedule, many will stay open later than the scheduled end time. Vending schedule subject to change.
HEADWATERS COUNTRY JAM ONLY ACCEPTS CASHIER’S CHECKS AND/OR MONEY ORDERS. PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF HEADWATERS COUNTRY JAM DOES NOT RECEIVE FULL VENDOR PAYMENT BY THE COMMUNICATED DEADLINE THEN THE VENDOR DOES RISK LOSING DEPOSITS AS WELL AS NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FESTIVAL.
