Yes, the shuttle from the parking lots to the venue are free.

With safety being our #1 priority, we will be following the guidance of all City and State authorities on protocols for the festival.

We will publish more details as we get closer to the event. If there is a cancellation of the festival due to COVID-19, we will offer a window of time to request a refund.

SMALL BAG POLICY: All bags will be searched before entry.

  • Clear bags no larger than 12″x6″x12″ with a single compartment and/or small clutch bag 4.5″x6.5″
  • No backpacks or multi-compartment bags
  • Camelback’s are allowed but must be empty and have only one additional pocket.


We do allow chairs to be at the festival in the general admission area behind the ‘chair line’ so people that want to stand are closer to the stage.

Umbrellas are NOT allowed inside the venue though as it blocks the view of others behind you.

Sure you can! Day parking is available to purchase on site.

No, only approved and licensed vendors are allowed inside the festival. This will be strictly enforced.

We welcome all ages! Children 10 & under are free in the GA area.

Both cash and most major credit cards will be accepted on site.

Guests will only be allowed to leave the VIP area with 1 drink per person. Anyone caught breaking this rule will have the possibility of their passes being confiscated.

Depending on availability yes, we will sell passes at the box office for a higher price.

Children 10 years old and under are free for all General Admission festival areas and campgrounds. All ages require a ticket to enter VIP.

You can log in to your account at http://countryjam.frontgatetickets.com and change any information you need, such as your payment information, shipping address, etc.

Box office hours will be determined and released closer to the festival. They will be available in your arrival instructions that will be emailed to you within a couple weeks of the event.

All passes/tickets are electronically delivered.

Service charges, shipping, and handling fees are not included in the base price of a ticket; these fees are added into your cart separately.

No, passes are non-transferrable.

Yes! Just visit our ticketing website here and choose your country during the shipping method process. The cart will automatically update to our international shipping. All international orders will be placed in will call and available for pick up at the festival.

Front Gate Tickets is the ONLY valid ticket seller.


We are currently only selling 3-day passes if that were to change we would let everyone know via our social pages.

Service vendors will be roaming the campsites continuously please flag them down for service (for a fee)

There will be a water truck assigned to each area within the campgrounds. Once you are ready to have your RV or pool filled, you can flag them down to fill (for a fee).

If you plan to bringing a grill, it must be Electric or Gas fueled and sit at least 12 inches above the ground or any vegetation. No solid fuel grills (i.e. charcoal, wood, etc.) are allowed.

Yes generators are allowed in the campgrounds, but they must be turned off during quiet hours. If you have an onboard generator, consider buying a generator exhaust kit (like this one) to route the CO2 out of your own and surrounding campsites. Generators must be separated from all tents by a minimum of twenty (20) feet and protected from contact by fencing or other approved means.

Due to enforcement of Quiet Camping hours being an issue in the past, we have removed this option from this year’s event. Please respect your fellow campers.

Yes, showers are available for free in the campgrounds.

No, no glass is allowed in the campgrounds or festival venue.

Yes, they will be located in the main campground area close to the pathway to the festival entrance. They need to be purchased ahead of time and are in limited supply.

No there are no campsite with electric hook ups.

Within each campsite, you can park one steering mechanism and one sleeping unit; a drive-able RV counts as both. If you need to park additional vehicles (motorcycles included), you’ll want to purchase a Companion Vehicle Parking Pass.

A Standard Campsite or VIP Campsite is 20′ x 40′, while a Luxury Campsite is 40′ x 40′.

Each campsite allows for one sleeping unit and one steering mechanism.

Depending on the type of camping purchased, the walk varies from just a few minutes to twenty minutes. These walking times and the location of each campground are indicated on our festival map. There is also a free shuttle bus route that runs in between the different campgrounds and the main festival grounds as shown on the map.

We have no limit on the number of people per campsite but would recommend between 4-6 people for a comfortable stay.

If you have special medical dietary restrictions, a personal amount of food will be allowed in if accompanied by a doctor’s note. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Service animals of course are allowed. Pets are not; please do not bring your pet. Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed. Service animals must be under the control and supervision of their handler at all times.

ADA weekend parking is located near accessible camping. This area is immediately outside the festival venue. Please purchase an ADA weekend parking pass ahead of time as availability is VERY limited. When you arrive you will be asked to present your government issued placard or license plate and our staff will redirect you to our accessible parking lot.

Parking in our accessible lot is based upon availability. Accessible sites are NOT guaranteed.
